Green Winged Bean is a distinctive climbing vegetable that brings both diversity and productivity to the home garden. Its characteristic four-winged green pods can be harvested young and tender for cooking. The vigorous vines make excellent use of vertical space, while the edible pods offer a different experience from conventional beans. Like other legumes, winged beans can contribute plant-based protein to the diet.
