Seed for all seasons

For Sooraj C.S., farming began in his school days and grew into a lifelong commitment to the soil. With over 13 years of experience in organic farming, heirloom seed conservation and plant breeding, the founder of Arayal Farms LLP and Farm Formulas brings hands-on knowledge to every seed and growing solution we share.

His work celebrates heirloom varieties with distinctive traits, while making specialty seeds accessible to everyone—from a few pots at home to large-scale cultivation. Through Farm Formulas, that vision also extends to microbe-enriched potting mixes and biocontrol agents that support healthier growing systems.

An educator as much as a farmer, Sooraj has trained more than 10,000 students and farmers. He shares his experience at schools, colleges and agricultural summits, with speaking engagements that include the Kerala Legislative Assembly and the Organic World Congress in 2017.
